MARKET OFFICE: located under the grandstand pavilion. Hours 9.00am to 2.00pm day of market only.
FEES: Charges are processed at time of booking. Processing Times may vary due to number of bookings.
ST JOHN’S AMBULANCE: 8.00am to 2.00pm.
STALLHOLDER ARRIVAL TIME: 5.00am to 7.00am or by arrangement. Please respect the right of local residents to peace and quiet by keeping noise to a minimum during early hours. Stalls not claimed by 7.00am will be allocated to Casual stallholders. In cases of emergency. Staff will escort vehicles to or from the market area. Arrange at Market Office.
STALL BOUNDARIES: All vehicles, persons, stall frames and goods must be contained within the site boundaries.
TRADING HOURS: Maitland Fair trading hours are 8.00am to 2.00pm. Stallholders are expected to occupy their stalls at all times during trading hours.
STOCK CHANGES: Please ensure that significant changes in goods being sold are notified to the office at the time of booking.
COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS: The sales of counterfeit products is PROHIBITED at Maitland Fair Markets. Hunter Valley Fairs Pty Ltd is entitled to immediately expel from the Maitland Fair Markets any person which Stallholders selling food, plants and second-hand goods must be able to demonstrate compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
FOOD AND DRINKS: No stallholder is to offer for sale food or drink items prepared on site without specific approval from market management.
INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of stallholders to carry adequate public and product liability insurance cover appropriate to their business.
PERMANENT STALLHOLDERS: are reminded that to guarantee a permanency of site. – fees must be paid for 14 markets per year Hunter Valley Fairs Pty Ltd has a reasonable basis to believe is trading in counterfeit products.
One Vehicle only per site
No vehicle movement in the market area between 8:00am and 2:00pm
Please leave your site clean in incur a cleaning fee.
